Painting helped. As I said, I'm learning to better follow my own advice. This time, that sometimes it's the right choice to let all else go and make the image in my head. I've waited a long time for Poppets to tell me their story. I'd be foolish not to listen. And too, it was good to get away.
Hope you like it. Prints will be available soon.

What do poppets go to war against?
Hi Mordicai---I don't know yet, but I'm looking forward to finding out.
I don't know what the Poppets are gearing up to fight but I'm Bent on War'en so sign me up...
Bent.
And I can't wait to possibly animate such an epic battle. Once I've gotten better at animating, and expanding my animation forms. Next up is hand drawn. Hopefully will be able to get a scanner for my birthday for drawings. :D Really looks wonderful.
We'll have to brainstorm for Halloween soon. I'll be doing zombie poppet green screen tests tonight.
Stunning! I'm so happy there will be prints!
Fantastic! Did you paint it on wood? I love the texture, the way it looks like something aged and worn (in a good way, of course). Guess I should save my compliments until AFTER a good night's sleep, when the brain is working a smidge better.
