I took the camera with me today. Thought you might like a couple of images. I don't know if a harsh environment in and of itself inspires art, but it does carry a certain energy that seems to work for me.
It sure looks like the land is determined to win that battle.
I remember back when I was child and we lived in LA. There was a spot my mom use to drive by that always had little dust devils blowing in an empty lot. It inspired a painting when I grew up that I sold many years ago.
Lisa is the creator of Poppets and other art. Talented authors tend to write stories about images she makes.
